Everyone loves breakfast!
Invite your Residents for breakfast on you. Set up a bagel bar for a few hours in the morning with different cream cheese flavors, butter and honey. Be sure to note this event will be only while supplies last.

Everyone loves flowers! Host a flower bar where Residents can build their own bouquet. Put out buckets with different types of flowers.
