hello FROM KRISTI
W
hat a roller coaster we’ve been on over the last six months! Who knew the hugs, high fives, and close conversations we had back in February might be our last...for a while, anyway. The season ended abruptly, but luckily, it was on the tail end of what was--in my opinion--the best one yet. This season may be near the bottom of that list, but that doesn’t mean it has to be the worst. As we all adapt to what we can and cannot do, we need to remind ourselves that the rules and protocols are designed to keep us safe so we may enjoy a much better season next year!
The historic adobe home located at the Quinta Mazatlan World Birding Center, 600 Sunset Dr., McAllen, is open to visitors.
