hello FROM KRISTI

From our families to yours, we wish you the happiest of Thanksgivings. Our office comes to almost a screeching halt this week, as everyone else seems to be decorating, cooking, or at the grocery store. (At least, I know they’ll all be there the day I decide to go.) I’m excited because my daughter will be joining us. She’s a senior at the University of Texas at Austin, and she’s bringing her boyfriend! The good news is we’ve already met him several times and like him. My cousin, Carrie, will also be joining us, and she’s more like my sister--or better yet, partner in crime. I also think I’ve finally convinced my mother that a green salad is a complete waste of time and table space. Every year we have to have a salad, and no one eats it. I told her, “Mother, the salad is for the day AFTER Thanksgiving!” We have a lot to be thankful for, that’s for sure, and having our Winter Texans home for the holidays is at the top of the list. We’re grateful that you chose South Texas and that you’re here to celebrate Thanksgiving with us! • We’re just connecting the dots,

Kristi
