ice cream hot fudge sundae SERVES
2 scoops ice cream 1/2 cup chocolate fudge sauce 1/2 cup whipped cream 1 tablespoon chopped walnuts 1 maraschino cherry

1. In a small pot, heat the chocolate fudge sauce on medium-high heat until it begins to bubble. Remove from heat. 2. Place the ice-cream scoops in a deep bowl. 3. Layer the hot fudge sauce, whipped cream, nuts, and cherry on top. Serve immediately!
ice cream sandwiches MAKES
1 gallon vanilla or chocolate ice cream, slightly softened 2 dozen chocolate chip cookies (see the recipe on page XXX) 2 cups mini chocolate chips or sprinkles

SANDWICHES
1. Place and carefully flatten a scoop of ice cream on a cookie. Top with a second cookie and press down. Roll the sides in chips or sprinkles. Place in a freezer bag and freeze immediately. 2. Allow the sandwiches to freeze for at least two hours before serving. These will keep for up to a week in the freezer.
