5. A big lawn and a tent space were set on the northside of the business zone. Flee market and family business could be held here.

6. The water front recreation space and the main site landscape are connected by a similar landscape fabric. People may enjoy a simliar experience when walking from one place to another.

The New design of this district was under the principle of multi-functional space. The whole area will be divided into public, semi-public and private space. Public space will mostly serve as main entrance and traffic path for both business people and visitors. The landscape would focus on attracting people and give them a good first

4. The main entrance of the site were left open to get a maximum view and fastest walking experience. Meanwhile, the semi-public space were seperat ed by trees and different materials.

7. The top view of the site indicated the three part would serve as a whole to give people more convience when living in this neighborhood.

8. Looking from water to site indicate the space created by buildings and public space in the middle. People would be given the chance to do their jobs, enjoy a meal and have some family union at the same time.

Semi Public space here mostly designed as the form of a wall, a sitting space and a hedge. These places would be for small groups of people having certain activities. At last, private space would be surrounded by walls, fences and plants to create space for smaller conversation.

2.The site and the other part of this block are connected partly by drive ways. Bike lanes are also covered in most of areas to advocate a healthy way of traffic.
