Step by Step: Appointment Scheduler The WeddingWire Appointment Scheduler saves you time, making it easy for you to schedule appointments and book more clients! Follow these simple steps to get started.

Get Started! Appointment Scheduler: Enable Appointment Scheduler 1. Under the ‘Clients’ tab, select ‘Appointments’ 2. Select the ‘Enable Appointments’ button 3. Select the ‘Edit Settings’ button next to the Appointment Scheduler heading 4. Click the 'Enabled' button 5. Specify the type of appointments you prefer by choosing phone call, in-person meetings, or both from the drop-down menu 6. Set a default length for both phone and in-person appointments 7. Set the number of appointments permitted per time slot (up to four) 8. Identify the ‘Primary Contact’ for this appointment from the users on your account 9. Select the ‘Save’ button when you are done

Sync Your Calendar 1. Next, select the ‘Edit Calendar Sync’ button To import your Google Calendar events to your WeddingWire Appointment Scheduler, click the ‘Add Calendar’ button a. Select the link to ‘Log In’ b.  A pop-up from Google calendars will prompt you to log into your Google Mail account c.  Once you have logged in, you will be prompted to allow WeddingWire to access your information (required). Click the ‘Allow Access’ button. d.  Go back to your WeddingWire account screen and choose from the ‘Choose a calendar’ drop-down list e. Select the ‘Finish’ button f. To add additional calendars, click the ‘Add Calendar’ button again and repeat 2. Under the ‘Add your WeddingWire Appointments to your external calendar…’ heading, select the bubble next to ‘Use your personal URL’ (recommended) a. Click the ‘Save’ button b. Highlight the URL in the field provided and copy it (Ctrl + C) c. Click the ‘How do I set this up’ link, for more information on this step *Note: Directions for how to add this URL to your external calendar will be different for each unique calendar type (Outlook, iCal, etc.)
