Lora Pavlova’s role at Webster & Co. is multifaceted.
As COO and partner, she is deeply involved in shaping both the internal culture of the company and the experience it delivers to clients. A combination of professional rigour and emotional intelligence informs her approach, the result of her unusual path to her current profession.
Real estate has always been part of her story - she grew up in a family involved in property and construction - but it was her decision to study psychology that ultimately set the tone for how she leads and connects.
“As much as people try to be cold-blooded in business, we’re still human. Understanding that emotional layer has helped me in every interaction, whether with clients, colleagues or collaborators.”
For Lora, buying or selling a home is never just a transaction. Whether the client is investing, relocating or searching for a long-term base, she sees it as a lifechanging moment that often comes with excitement, doubt, pressure, or all three. “One of the most important things we can do as agents is to validate what our clients are feeling and offer stability during this process that can be deeply personal,” she says.
This psychological lens also shapes the way she leads. Webster & Co’s team culture is intentionally close-knit, something Lora has worked to cultivate from day one.
“We think of the office as a second home. Success, for me, is seeing our team walk in motivated, not just because they enjoy their work, but because they feel valued and heard.”
That same sense of care extends to the client experience.
“Many of our clients are new to the area. They’re unfamiliar with the buying process here, sometimes even unsure of what they’re really looking for,” she explains. “Our job is to guide them with clarity and patience. It’s not about rushing to close, it’s always about getting it right.”
Since taking on a leadership role, Lora has helped steer the company through a phase of significant growth, from selecting the name and overseeing the branding to renovating Webster & Co’s current office
and building the team. “Every part of it has been hands-on. And in just a short time, we’ve positioned ourselves among the most respected luxury agencies on the Costa del Sol.”
That success, she believes, comes down to values. “We don’t just sell high-end homes. We offer a highstandard experience. People place enormous trust in us, and we take that very seriously.”
Her sensitivity to cultural nuance has also become a valuable asset in Webster & Co’s international work. “In some cultures, direct feedback is seen as respectful. In others, it can feel abrupt or even rude. Understanding those differences helps us adapt, communicate better and ultimately build stronger relationships.”
Over the years, she has worked with clients buying for many reasons, whether it is investment, second homes, or full relocation, with each requiring a different approach. “There’s usually less emotion in investment purchases, where the focus is on numbers and returns. But when someone is moving home, often to a new country, it’s considered one of life’s most stressful experiences. The emotional support they need is entirely different.”
Asked what makes it all worthwhile, her answer is immediate. “The moment a client realises they’ve found the right place, that moment of certainty and happiness, it’s incredibly rewarding. That’s what we’re here for.”
Lora also credits her partner Alberto as an essential part of the journey. “He’s been my greatest inspiration professionally, the person who’s helped me grow the most. Our personal and professional lives are closely connected, and I wouldn’t have it any other way. We love what we do, and we love doing it together.”
Looking ahead, her vision is clear. “We want Webster & Co to be the defining name in Marbella for luxury real estate, not just because of the properties we offer, but because of the way we treat people.”

Marbella has no shortage of celebrated dining destinations, but we think the best recommendations come from those who live and work here every day. At Webster & Co, our team spends plenty of time on the ground, meeting clients, discovering neighbourhoods and, of course, trying out the best of the local food scene.
From classic Spanish bars tucked down cobbled alleys to beachfront hideaways and refined hotel dining, here are the places we return to again and again. Whether you’re looking for a perfect coffee, a long seafood lunch or a decadent dinner, these are our tried-and-tested favourites.
Our team’s go-to spots reflect the breadth of Marbella’s culinary scene. Everything from relaxed chiringuitos and design-led beach clubs to familyrun favourites and elegant hotel restaurants. Each recommendation comes with its own personal touch. For those who like to dine with a sense of place and people, this is your insider guide to eating well in Marbella.

From the first time I visited Origen, I knew it was special. The team there instinctively understand what you want when you dine out, especially if you’re craving the perfect steak. Their cuts are exceptional, paired with a strong selection of vegetable sides and standout potato dishes. In summer, the atmosphere is especially fun, with the buzz of other families around you adding to the charm. Whether it’s a quiet dinner or a lively group meal, Origen always delivers.
Top tip: Order the Baby Filet Mignon with the mashed potato and poached egg yolk mixed in – unforgettable! The wine list is also excellent.

Casa Curro is my go-to whenever someone asks for a food recommendation in Marbella. Tucked away in a charming alley in the Old Town, it’s actually three venues in one: a traditional Spanish bar, a seafood restaurant and a main dining space with a creative fusion menu. You’ll find classic dishes like croquetas and Iberian ham alongside more inventive ones like avocado cannelloni or tuna tartar.
Top tip: Let Raúl, their sommelier, guide you through the wine list and pairings. Don’t leave without trying the award-winning cheesecake.

La Red is one of my favourite places to spend a sunny afternoon in Marbella with my family. Run by a warm Argentine family, it has a welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel instantly at home. They offer two menus, one focused on Mediterranean seafood and the other on grilled meats and vegetables. With relaxed service, beach views and often live music, it’s easy to settle in for hours.
Top tip: Get there early, enjoy the beach and then enjoy a lazy lunch with live music. If you’re lucky, the saxophone sets really add to the vibe.

If you ever want to experience the full American vibe right here on the Costa del Sol, complete with a lively atmosphere, mouth-watering comfort food, and classic tunes in the background, I can’t recommend Yanx enough. It feels like stepping into a real American diner, with friendly service and generous portions that always hit the spot.
My favourite dish is the juicy steak served with crispy potatoes, sautéed mushrooms, and perfectly golden onion rings. It’s a proper indulgence. And if you happen to go in the morning, the pancakes are a must. Light, fluffy, and served with maple syrup, they’re nothing short of dreamy.
Top tip: Go hungry, the portions are big, and you’ll want to try a bit of everything. Whether you’re in the mood for brunch, lunch, or dinner, Yanx brings the best of American dining to your table.

La Cabane is the first place I would recommend for a luxurious beach day. Located on Marbella’s east side and recently redesigned by Dolce & Gabbana, it has a unique blue-and-white aesthetic that is both striking and elegant. The service is seamless, the food is refined and the setting is wonderful, especially the sitting outside in peak season. It’s perfect for a relaxed yet stylish day by the sea.
Top tip: The Linguine del Capitano with lobster and the smoked salmon with caviar are my favourites. Both are full of flavour and beautifully presented.

Luuma Beach is a quiet, unpretentious spot right on the beach in East Marbella. It feels like a wellkept secret, offering good food, friendly service and a calm atmosphere that’s perfect for long, relaxed lunches. It’s never too busy, which is rare these days, and the value for money is excellent. A great place for a meal that feels special but never forced.
Top tip: Order the gambas al pil-pil or the dorada a la sal. Both are fresh, flavourful and consistently cooked to perfection.

The Grill is where I go to mark a special occasion or enjoy a beautifully quiet evening. It’s elegant and timeless, set in the iconic Marbella Club Hotel, with warm lighting, soft music and impeccable service. From the moment you arrive, everything feels curated and thoughtful. Even a simple dinner becomes memorable here.
Top tip: The foie gras with apple is exquisite. It’s rich, delicate and something I always look forward to ordering again.

For those of us living on the Costa del Sol, the temptation is always to stay local. Marbella has it all, after all, with beach clubs, designer boutiques, world-class dining and a frankly astonishing amount of yearly sunshine. But every now and then, a change of scenery is exactly what’s needed. And just under two hours west, you’ll find one of southern Spain’s most captivating contrasts: Tarifa.
Perched at the very bottom of mainland Europe, where the Mediterranean meets the Atlantic, Tarifa is the bohemian younger sibling to Marbella’s more polished persona. It’s wild, windswept and wonderfully untamed, with a mood that instantly feels different. Maybe it’s the energy that comes from being able to see Africa at its closest point to Europe, just across the water. Maybe it’s the kitesurfers criss-crossing the sky like oversized dragonflies. Or maybe it’s just the breeze, the famous Levante wind, that seems to blow all the formality away.
Whatever it is, Tarifa has become a favourite weekend escape for those in the know - especially for Marbellí locals who want to swap heels for flip-flops, infinity pools for surf shacks, and rooftop cocktails for sunset beers in the sand.

What to expect in Tarifa
Essentially, visitors to Tarifa are there for the outdoors. The beaches here are dazzlingly white, long, wild and open – nothing like the golden sands of Marbella. Playa de Los Lances is the main strip of sand, popular with kitesurfers and sunseekers alike. A little further out, Playa de Valdevaqueros is more rugged, backed by sand dunes and a scattering of chiringuitos where the music is mellow, the mojitos are cold and nobody’s in a rush.
In town, Tarifa still feels like a fishing village at heart, albeit one with a distinctly cool edge. Whitewashed buildings, crooked alleyways, boutique hostels, surf shops and organic cafés serve an upmarket hippie vibe. Tapas bars sit next to Moroccan tea houses and the scent of grilled fish and spice drifts through the narrow streets.
Yet Tarifa hasn’t escaped attention from the big names. In fact, some of Marbella’s most iconic institutions have now set up stylish outposts here. The Marbella Club has a relaxed but refined presence in the form of Chiringuito MC Beach Tarifa – with natural tones, effortless style and menu classics done beautifully. It’s exactly what you’d expect from the iconic fixture on Marbella’s Golden Mile, just with sand between your toes.
Then there’s Dani García. The Michelin-starred chef and culinary export has planted his flag in the dunes with El Patio Tarifa, bringing highconcept beach dining to this untamed stretch of coast. Expect inventive Andalucian flavours, crisp wines and a cool crowd – but in true Tarifa fashion, it’s all relaxed and unpretentious.

Once you’ve had your fill of Tarifa’s wild Atlantic energy, the road back to Marbella offers yet more opportunities to switch gears. Head past Málaga and you’ll find La Herradura and Nerja – two coastal gems where the scenery changes again. Here, the mountains meet the sea in dramatic style, giving rise to small coves, clear waters and some of the best snorkelling spots in Andalucía. It’s yet another mood, quieter and more serene, perfect for a slow end to a long weekend.
Day to night
One of the best things about Tarifa is how easily a lazy beach day can turn into a lively night out – no outfit change required. Come evening, people gravitate towards the old town’s cobbled streets, where the bars hum with conversation and the atmosphere is laidback and easy-going. There’s live music most nights, eclectic cocktails and a crowd that spans locals, surfers, creatives and weekending Marbellís.
Dinner is rarely a rushed affair. Whether it’s fresh tuna tartare in the garden courtyard of El Lola, known for its flamenco flair and buzzing atmosphere, or sharing plates of local specialities at La Pescadería under twinkling lights, Tarifa knows how to do dining. And once the sun goes down, the party doesn’t take long to start. But unlike Puerto Banús, this is not about velvet ropes and VIP booths. It’s dancing barefoot at Carbones 13 on the sand, or sipping small-batch mezcal at Limbo, a speakeasy-style bar tucked into a converted stable off the old town’s cobbles. Tarifa keeps things relaxed, no matter how late it gets.
Into the wild
If you want to do more than just eat, drink and sunbathe (though we wouldn’t blame you if that’s the plan), there’s plenty to explore. Tarifa sits on the edge of a protected natural park, with hiking trails leading into rolling hills with sweeping views across the Strait of Gibraltar. Horse riding, rock climbing and mountain biking are all popular, while the ocean offers whale watching, paddleboarding and, of course, surfing and kitesurfing for those brave enough to take on the wind.
There’s also a deep sense of history here. This was once the frontier between Europe and Africa, Christianity and Islam. The ruins of ancient fortresses and Moorish walls still shape the town, giving it a rich, storied backdrop that adds to its magnetism.
Near to Tarifa are the Roman ruins of Baelo Claudia. Located in Bolonia, this remarkably well-preserved archaeological site includes a forum, basilica, temples, thermal baths, aqueducts and even a fish-salting factory, which was the economic heart of the town during Roman times.
Tarifa and beyond – the freedom to roam
There’s something liberating about the lifestyle in Marbella, where you can experience a completely different way of life within a couple of hours. So next time the mood strikes, pack a beach bag, roll down the windows and head west. The wind, the waves and the mojitos are waiting.

When Monika Dobrowolska first crossed paths with a local animal shelter, she hadn’t planned on adopting a dog, in fact, she hadn’t planned on owning one at all. “I trust that the time is always right,” she says. “I don’t really believe in the whole concept of the right time. So this just happened. You can call it a coincidence, maybe... but I believe that that was the moment for me to get a dog.”
Dobrowolska, a property advisor at Webster & Co, had always known about Triple A, one of Marbella’s most significant animal shelters, but it wasn’t until she noticed a pop-up stand near her office that she felt drawn to learn more. That casual moment sparked an emotional connection that would change her life.
Triple A is a nonprofit organisation that has served the Costa del Sol region for more than three decades, rehoming hundreds of animals each year. The shelter is known for its transparent adoption process and dedication to the well-being of every animal.
“First of all, I found them to be very professional and responsible, how they treat the dogs, how they take care of all the paperwork when you do the adoption. It was very impressive,” Dobrowolska explains.
From the moment she met her future dog, a pup who had just arrived at the shelter, the bond was instant. “He sat right in my lap. He started licking my face, and then suddenly he stopped and looked me straight in the eyes, like, ‘What are you going to do?’ And I just couldn’t do anything else. I said, ‘I’ll take you.’”
What followed was a thorough but supportive adoption experience. “They do all the documents, the passport, the vaccines, everything the dog needs… They even gave me a little bed for him.”
Now, she’s urging others to consider adoption. “If you decide to adopt a dog, Triple A is the best place to do it.”
For Dobrowolska, the reward has been immeasurable. “It’s like… an upgrade to your life. That kind of gratefulness, that kind of love… I’ve never experienced it anywhere else.”
If you’ve ever considered adopting, now might be your moment too. Triple A is always looking for loving homes for the many animals in their care and just like Monika, you might find that they choose you.
To learn more about the adoption process, donate, or volunteer, visit www.tripleamarbella.org, call +34 952 771 586, or drop by their shelter, just outside Marbella at Camino del Trapiche, s/n.
Every little act of kindness makes a big difference.

For over four decades, Dr Alejandra Hallin has watched Marbella evolve, not just in its skyline and real estate, but in its people. A clinical psychologist and founder of Hallin Mental Care, Dr Hallin has worked closely with families from every corner of the globe, helping children and teenagers navigate the emotional terrain of international life. Her perspective is both deeply personal and professionally informed, grounded in the realities of mental health and the rich possibilities that life on the Costa del Sol can offer.
We sat down with Dr Hallin to talk about multicultural upbringing, childhood resilience and why she believes Marbella provides a blueprint for raising global citizens.

You’ve been in Marbella for 40 years. Have you seen changes in the families moving here, or the needs of the children you work with?
Absolutely, Marbella has changed enormously. Different cultures and nationalities arrive all the time and with them come new perspectives and needs. But what’s remained constant is that parents are parents, regardless of where they’re from or when they arrive. They all want their children to thrive, to be healthy and to be happy. The challenges may shift, but the essence stays the same.
What are some of the biggest advantages you’ve seen in children growing up in such a diverse environment?
Children in multicultural settings like Marbella develop broader worldviews from a young age. They become more adaptable, emotionally resilient and socially agile. They’re often multilingual, which is not just practical; it opens doors to understanding different ways of thinking and being. Socially, they’re exposed to peers from all walks of life. That creates an innate empathy and flexibility, which stays with them for life. It’s also a place where family bonds often grow stronger through the shared experience of relocation and reinvention.

Does exposure to different languages and values help shape a child’s identity?
It does, profoundly. Being immersed in different languages and cultural norms teaches kids that there isn’t one ‘right’ way to live or communicate. This nurtures tolerance and creativity. They grow up seeing difference as something normal, even exciting. And that shapes them into open-minded, curious and emotionally intelligent young people.
Would you say international children in Marbella are more adaptable?
Yes, because they live in a place where diversity is the norm, not the exception. Children here are raised in an environment where cultures co-exist peacefully. There’s very little racial or religious tension. They’re absorbing that every day, not because someone tells them, but because it’s modelled for them. That silent lesson is incredibly powerful.
How does this affect how teenagers manage stress, peer pressure or academic expectations?
Much depends on the school environment and the company a child keeps. There’s research showing that a young person’s peer group is one of the strongest predictors of their future success. If they’re surrounded by peers who are ambitious or creative or kind, they often adopt those traits. The school environment plays a preventive role too, what I call “prophylactic education.” Choose a school where values are strong and the peer culture is healthy, and you’ve already done half the parenting work.
That said, teenagers still need their parents, perhaps even more than before. This is not the time to back off, even if they push you away. Spend time together. Talk in the car, plan holidays, share routines. Those moments become anchors during a stormy stage of life.
Have you seen transformations in children who move here from other countries?
Constantly. I see children who were struggling elsewhere - socially, emotionally, or academically - find new footing here. Maybe they were bullied at home. Maybe they felt isolated. But then they come to Marbella and find connection, learn a new language, or discover a passion for something new. Watching them blossom is the most rewarding part of my work.
What can parents do to support their children during a relocation?
Involve them early. Let them be part of the decisionmaking, show them their new environment, and listen – really listen – to how they feel. Don’t dismiss the anxiety or sadness that may come. Acknowledge it. Share your own feelings too. Keep routines, bring familiar things, stay connected with loved ones back home. Help them build a new social life quickly, through language classes, sports, music or camps. Marbella offers so many opportunities to integrate both locally and internationally. And crucially, if you’re living here, help your child learn Spanish. That

unlocks a deeper integration into the culture.
Are there common psychological challenges families should be aware of when moving internationally?
It varies hugely depending on the family and their reasons for moving. Relocating because of opportunity is very different from relocating due to hardship or crisis. But some themes do recur: language barriers, educational transitions, changes in family dynamics. Sometimes the child becomes the translator or emotional bridge, which can be a lot to carry. The support system changes, and that can be tough. But all of these challenges can be mitigated with the right awareness and planning.
How important is community in helping young people thrive in Marbella?
It’s everything. I always think of the example of Iceland, which used to have one of the highest rates of youth substance abuse in Europe. The country made a huge shift by involving the entire community – schools, sports clubs, families, and social groups. Marbella, in its own way, already has that kind of potential. The community here models respect, multicultural coexistence and acceptance. That’s incredibly powerful for young people to grow up around.
So, from a mental health perspective, is Marbella a good place to raise children in today’s globalised world?
I truly believe it is. Marbella offers a multicultural ecosystem that works where children are raised among many languages, faiths and traditions and they learn by example how to live in harmony with difference. The accessibility of sport, the quality of extracurriculars, the lifestyle, everything is nearby and the quality of life is exceptional. To me, Marbella is proof that multiculturalism doesn’t just work, it thrives.
Last year at my daughter’s graduation, the valedictorian speech was given jointly by a Russian girl and a Ukrainian girl. That’s Marbella. And I think that speaks volumes.

Marbella has no shortage of human stories. But every so often, you meet someone whose story speaks of success built on consistency, discipline and the choices made when no one is watching. Ayoub is one of those people. Alberto Webster, CEO of Webster & Co, sat down with the young athlete for a relaxed conversation about routine, mindset, and what it means to grow up in Marbella with a goal bigger than yourself.

Alberto Webster: Do you remember when this stopped being a pastime and started feeling like your path?
Ayoub: I do. I was about 17. I’d been training for a while, but I was still treating it like something on the side, doing enough to keep up, not enough to really

side. After one session, my coach looked at me and said, “You’re not built for half-efforts.” I don’t think he even realised how much it hit me. That night, I made some quiet changes. I cleared out distractions, wrote things down. I didn’t post about it or tell anyone. I just got on with it.
AW: That sounds like the turning point that led to your incredible success. So, when the Spanish anthem strikes up and you’re wearing the national crest, what is going through your mind?
Ayoub: Honestly, it’s surreal. It all comes back, the work, the pressure, the sacrifices. But also, a kind of calm. It reminds me why I started. There’s no pretending in that moment. It’s just you, the training, and everyone who believed in you.
AW: Marbella is a city with a lot of energy. How do you keep focus with everything going on around you?
Ayoub: It’s true, there’s a lot happening here. But I think that’s why discipline matters. I train early, when the streets are still quiet. There’s something about the silence that clears your head. Marbella teaches you to tune out the noise, in a good way. And it’s not just about the gym – it’s about how you live your day-today life.
AW: Outside the sport, what has this place taught you?
Ayoub: It’s taught me that consistency is more important than excitement. There’s a man I see running along the beach every morning. Same time, same pace, no fuss. That kind of dedication, especially when no one’s watching, leaves a mark on you. Marbella’s full of moments like that, little reminders of what matters.
AW: What do you do when your motivation dips, but your body could keep going?
Ayoub: I simplify it. “Just one more set.” That’s all I focus on. You don’t need to feel amazing every day. You just need to show up. If I start thinking about the whole week or the whole programme, it gets overwhelming. But one more round? That I can do.
AW: Could you share with us a small habit that changed your life?
Ayoub: Stretching before bed! It sounds minor, but it taught me to respect recovery, not just effort. It’s where I check in with myself. When you give structure to the quiet parts of your day, everything else gets sharper.
AW: What do people not see about your routine that actually makes the difference?
Ayoub: Probably how often I say no – not to others, to myself. I say no to comfort, to shortcuts, to letting things slide “just this once.” It’s boring, but it works.
AW: If you could go back and say something to your 15-year-old self, what would it be?
Ayoub: I’d say, “Don’t panic!” Not everything needs to happen at once. You don’t have to be the best today, you just have to keep going. Failure isn’t personal. It’s part of the job.
AW: And finally, what does success look like to you – really?
Ayoub: It’s not the medals. It’s waking up without feeling like you’re faking anything. Knowing you’re doing the work, for the right reasons. And that, even on the quiet days, you’re still moving forward.

What a year it has been
At Webster & Co, we have had an exceptional year built on results, relationships and precision. We have expanded our portfolio, strengthened our internal structure and continued to raise the standard of service for clients in Marbella and across the wider Costa del Sol. Our approach remains grounded in clarity, discretion and accountability.
We are not a traditional estate agency. We are a full-service property firm with in-house expertise across sales, legal, investment, development, design and construction. Our clients come to us for structured, intelligent and hands-on support in all aspects of their property journey, for advice that suits their individual circumstances, not our sales targets. We see our role as simplifying complexity and delivering results that reflect customer satisfaction through attention to detail.
We represent buyers, sellers, investors and property owners. For buyers, we manage sourcing, acquisition and negotiation with care and discretion, offering market insight and access to opportunities often not publicly listed. For sellers, we oversee every aspect of the process, from strategic pricing and property staging to high-quality promotion through our in-house marketing team.
For clients developing or renovating, we provide full project management. Our construction team works alongside architects, engineers and planners, with legal and technical guidance embedded from the outset. Every project is overseen by a dedicated manager, ensuring timelines are met, budgets controlled and finishes delivered to the required standard. Interior and exterior design services are also available, delivered in close collaboration with each client.
We also support property owners with legal and permit management, as well as long and short-term rental strategy and operations.
Adapting to a changing market
The market in Marbella continues to evolve. Increasing numbers of international clients are choosing to spend more time here, not just for holidays, but as part of a year-round lifestyle. Remote work, flexible working and improved infrastructure are changing the way people live, and with this, the expectations they have of their homes. As a result, we are seeing increased demand for properties with dedicated workspaces, energy-efficient design, multifunctional outdoor areas and long-term rental potential.

At Webster & Co., we have responded by adapting our search criteria, design recommendations and development strategy to reflect these shifts. Our clients are no longer just buying a second home, many are building a base. We support that transition with insight, planning and service that reflect the practical realities of year-round living.
A team built on expertise and trust
Our team is based in Marbella and comes from a range of professional backgrounds including property, law, design, finance and marketing. What unites us is a shared standard. We treat every project with the same level of care, whether we are handling a frontline penthouse sale, advising on a land acquisition or managing a full rebuild.
Our team is focused, connected, and consistent, with the ultimate aim of delivering high-level property services with clarity and purpose. We are proud to say that our many satisfied clients agree.

This summer marked a major milestone with the official opening of our new showroom on 19 June. What began as a cavernous space in San Pedro’s buzzing industrial zone has been completely reimagined. After months of meticulous work, including many late nights and weekends on site, we are thrilled to unveil a stunning new space that truly brings our ethos to life.
The launch evening was a celebration of design, collaboration and the collective effort that brought this vision to reality. It was a pleasure to welcome so many friends, clients and partners, and we are sincerely grateful to everyone who joined us to mark the occasion.

The showroom was designed as a creative hub where clients and collaborators can explore materials, finishes and ideas in person. Located in an area that has become a destination for interior designers, artisans and design-led studios, it’s a space that invites you to immerse yourself in the possibilities of your future home or project. Whether you’re planning a full new build, a commercial concept or a transformative renovation, it supports inspiration and decision-making in equal measure.

The new showroom also reflects the evolution of CDS Building Group. Today, the team manages everything from concept to completion, delivering contemporary villas, complete renovations and bespoke commercial spaces across the Costa del Sol.
“This space represents who we are and how we work,” says Christian Hooley, one of the CEOs of CDS Building Group. “It’s not just about finishes and samples – although of course it’s great to offer a place where clients can touch and compare materials. It’s about showing what’s possible. Being able to walk into a space where ideas become tangible helps people visualise their home or business in a totally new way. We’ve built something that truly reflects our values of quality, transparency and collaboration.”

At CDS, projects are shaped by technical expertise and built on close relationships. The company prides itself on its open, hands-on approach, supporting clients through every stage of the journey and delivering results that are as functional as they are beautiful.
“We’re proud of what we’ve created,” smiles Alberto Webster, “It’s not only a physical space, but an environment that reflects our commitment to quality, clarity and considered design. The new showroom represents an important step forward for CDS Building Group: a space where ideas can be explored, conversations begin, and the foundations of exceptional projects are laid.”
