Badge Collection

Please enter the racecourse via the Queen Elizabeth II Stand Entrance marquee which is located at the top of Car Park 3 outside the Lester Piggott gates.

Badges can be collected from the Owners and Trainers desk on arrival. No badges will be sent or issued in advance and photo identification will be required to collect the badges.

Parade Ring Access

Owners will receive a Parade Ring badge specific for their race. Access to the Parade Ring will not be possible without the correct badge and is limited dependant on the number of declared runners in that race.

Owners badges will provide access to the Owners and Trainers marquee and the Queen Elizabeth II Stand enclosure.

Trainers Badges

Trainers with a runner on the day will be entitled to two Owners badges upon production of a valid PASS card. Please note that badges will only be issued to the person named on the PASS card. Please do not be offended if we ask to see identification.

We acknowledge that it can be frustrating for Trainers to be stopped and asked to show their badges, particularly when trying to access the Parade Ring. However, we ask for your patience and cooperation with our stewarding arrangements.

NTF Badges

NTF Badges will not provide access to the racecourse. NTF badge holders without a runner on the day will need to register their attendance on arrival and collect an O&T badge. Please note these badges will give access to the Owners and Trainers facilities but not the Parade Ring.
