The work that The Brain Tumour Charity does to double survival rates and halve the harm that brain tumours have on quality of life simply would not happen without the fantastic support from people like Holly and everyone who supported through The Glenn Roeder Race Day. A very, very big thank you to Holly and all those involved in putting the day together and of course to everyone who donated.” The Brain Tumour Charity is the world’s largest dedicated funder of pioneering research into brain tumours. The Charity also raises awareness of the signs and symptoms of the disease to reduce diagnosis times and provides vital support and information to those with a brain tumour diagnosis now. Event organiser Holly Roeder said, “It’s such a thrill to be able to support the work of The Brain Tumour Charity with this donation and we are all incredibly grateful to everyone who helped with the fundraising and gave Dad’s family and friends a wonderful day to remember.”
