Safety Close to Horses Please note that for your safety, access to the Pre-Parade Ring, Parade Ring and Winners’ Enclosure is limited to the holders of Parade Ring passes. Photography Racegoers are welcome to take photographs for personal use, but please, no flash photography near the horses, especially around the Pre-Parade Ring, Parade Ring and Winners’ Enclosure. Under no circumstances may photographs be taken on the racecourse for publication or other commercial use, without the prior written permission of Ascot Racecourse (ARL). By purchase of a badge/ticket racegoers consent to: Be filmed, photographed and otherwise recorded by ARL or any third party authorised by ARL. Any broadcast, publish, licence and use of any photographs, film, recordings or images of them without payment of compensation. In the event of abandonment, racegoers should apply for a refund in writing enclosing their badge or ticket, no later than thirty days after the abandoned day.
