A Year to Celebrate
It is with the greatest sense of anticipation that we return to Royal Ascot to celebrate Her Majesty The Queen’s Platinum Jubilee and the special relationship that our sport enjoys with the Royal Family. It remains a huge privilege that QIPCO is Royal Ascot’s first-ever commercial partner and we have formed close ties with the racecourse over the past decade, with a shared passion for the sport and our continued investment in its future. It is due to the heritage and prestige of British Flat racing that we base Qatar Racing here and our breeding operation continues to develop from strength to strength. This year could not be more exciting for us as we welcome the first foals by our QIPCO 2000 Guineas winner Kameko at Tweenhills, and watch the first runners by Roaring Lion, Zoustar (in Europe) and Lightning Spear. It is the culmination of years of work and the development of our racing legacy. This week we have much to look forward to with an incredible array of domestic and international racing stars. I wish all connections the very best of luck in this amazing sporting amphitheatre on this, the greatest turf on Earth.
