Get ready to step back in time when we visit the Chateau de Versailles.

Continue delving into French history at the Sacre Coeur. Located on the highest point in Paris, this stunning white Basilica overlooks the city.

Rise and shine – we’re heading to the Loire Valley, home to some of the finest chateaus in France. This region is known for its abundant vineyards, flowers and historical villages.

Your first stop is Chenonceau Chateau, one of the most beautiful chateaus in the country. Built across the River Cher, its most iconic feature is an incredible arched bridge – the Pont de Diane.

Learn about the architectural significance of the arches and domed roof, as well as the historical and cultural importance of the site.

Now for a treat – Disneyland Paris!

The action is spread out over five different themed lands, with adrenalin rides, iconic attractions, parades of all your favourite Disney characters, behind the scenes tours of the Disney Studios and so much more.

DAYS 7-10 EXPERIENCE NORMANDY Sleep: Hotel Travel: Transfer 2.5hrs to Normandy, transfer 1.5hrs to Bayeux, transfer 3.5hrs + fly 1.5hrs to Nice

Strike north to the coastal region of Normandy and experience the incredible Mont Saint-Michel – this gothic abbey and medieval village sit on a rocky island that is only accessible at low tide. Over the years the abbey has served as a prison, monastery and fortress.

Next, discover World War II history at the Arromanches 360 Cinema, watch a film that highlights the region’s war-torn history, and learn about the Normandy’s role in the liberation of Europe. Learn more at the D-Day Museum and American Cemetery, which holds graves of 9,387 militaries who gave their lives.

Complete your Normandy tour at the Bayeaux Tapestry. This embroidered scroll tells the story of William of Normandy’s conquest of England in 1066. It’s the most important relic to survive the 11th century.

Wake up in Nice and kick-off with a French lesson that builds on everything you’ve learnt so far. You'll spend the next few days immersed in the French language as you explore this beautiful city and enjoy life on the coast.

Put your language skills into practice when you visit the local market and shop for sweets and snacks.

Develop your vocabulary on a guided food tour – sample specialty cheeses, pastries, artesian ice cream and more.

Finish on a sweet note with a tour of Nice’s most established sweet shop, Confiserie Florian. See first-hand how the confectionery is prepared and find out what makes it so special.
