Turn off Shared Branching service to members that don’t have a relationship with your credit union other than a savings account, until needed.

Ask additional security questions and involve a supervisor when a guest has an out-of-state driver’s license, from an out-of-state credit union, and is requesting a large check or cash withdrawal.

Always match the name on the account with the name on the driver’s license.
