OCSA proudly offers a wide range of professional-level performance groups, comprised of talented student artists from all of the school’s arts conservatories. Recognized throughout the nation for its unparalleled arts training, OCSA prepares its students to consistently deliver highcaliber performances and entertainment. The extensive variety of repertoire within OCSA’s student performance groups is customizable to meet the needs of ANY event or budget!

Please note that we request an honorarium for each of our student performance groups. All performance honorariums represent the school’s actual expenses associated with student performances, including on-site staff chaperones, staff time for event coordination and student rehearsals, transportation, makeup, costume use and cleaning, and other necessary costs. All additional tax-deductible donations are greatly appreciated and are designated to the students’ arts conservatory programs for future enrichment opportunities and needed supplies.

PERFORMANCE GROUPS

BALLROOM BLITZ
Ballroom Blitz is comprised of one to four talented ballroom and Latin dance couples from OCSA’s Ballroom Dance Conservatory. The members of this elite performance group compete at prestigious dancesport events throughout the year, such as the California Open and U.S. Nationals. These dancers bring the excitement of competitive ballroom and Latin dance to intimate and theatrical venues throughout the community.
LAS ESTRELLAS
Las Estrellas de OCSA is a ballet folklórico and flamenco performance group featuring some of the most talented students from the school’s Ballet Folklórico Dance Conservatory. Performing traditional and authentic Mexican folk dances representing the country’s vibrant history, as well as flamenco and classical dances of Spain, the Las Estrellas dancers have been invited to perform at both private and community events throughout Orange County.
MANIA HIP-HOP DANCERS
ManIA is a diverse group of dancers from OCSA’s Integrated Arts Conservatory who are passionate about the art of hip-hop. This high-energy performance group is composed of 10 to 20 dancers offering high-quality performances, from small groups to flash mobs. They showcase their hip-hop vocabulary through fun and dynamic numbers that can elevate any event. ManIA has been celebrated for its performances across Orange County at many community events and benefit fundraisers.
OCSA COMMERCIAL DANCE COMPANY
OCSA Commercial Dance Company (OC/DC) is a diverse pre-professional group of two to 40 gifted dancers dedicated to pushing the boundaries of creativity, storytelling, and innovation. OC/DC promises to dazzle with its blend of innovation, athleticism, and artistry, bringing a unique perspective and style to the stage and promising a captivating performance that will leave audiences spellbound. Styles include contemporary, ballet, jazz, modern, and hip-hop dance.
PERFORMANCE GROUPS
The following three instrumental music groups can provide background music to enhance your event or serve as the featured performance!
Classical & Contemporary Chamber Instrumentalists feature a variety of talented student string musicians who perform professional-level musical stylings of both classical and contemporary tunes. Repertoire can provide upbeat background music or even serve as the featured performance for events such as weddings and bar/bat mitzvahs.
Classical Pianists provide a unique and inspiring ambience, performing classical repertoire encompassing great piano literature dating from 1700 to present time. The performance is tailored to meet the specific needs of your event, featuring award-winning students from OCSA’s Pianist Program.
Jazz Instrumental Combos provide an easy, upbeat, or intellectually provocative atmosphere for your event. Jazz repertoire can include standards from the last 60+ years.
BEL CANTO SINGERS
Bel Canto Singers is a select performance group comprised of top-level singer-actors from OCSA’s Classical Voice Conservatory. The group performs a variety of songs in multiple languages and styles representing an array of both national and international composers of opera and operetta, classic musical theatre, cabaret, The Great American Songbook, French chanson, German lied, and more. These talented young singers are a unique addition to any event. The Bel Canto Singers have performed for the International Committee for the Los Angeles Philharmonic, the Italian Consulate General, Sons of Italy, the annual Festival of Children™, and more.

MONTAGE!
MONTAGE! features some of OCSA’s most celebrated performance ambassadors and is composed of singers, dancers, instrumentalists, actors, and other talented students from all the school’s arts conservatory programs. MONTAGE! has performed with major headliners, including Pat Benatar, Pentatonix, the LA Philharmonic, The Tenors, members of Green Day and Foo Fighters, Dinah Jane of Fifth Harmony, television stars Matthew Morrison and Krysta Rodriguez, and top-performing stars of the Walt Disney Pictures film library and the Broadway stage. MONTAGE! has also performed at major venues, including the Hollywood Bowl, Segerstrom Center for the Arts, and Walt Disney Concert Hall and has appeared in a number of television commercials.
MONTAGE! offers a wide variety of unforgettable, professional-level performances that are completely customizable to your event needs. Performance options through MONTAGE! include:
● For an intimate gathering, our multitalented singer/songwriter vocalists and instrumentalists can perform acoustic versions of recognizable hits, as well as original music.
● The MONTAGE! band, composed of a rhythm and horn section, features accomplished musicians who can elevate any gathering. You can also add one or more vocalists for a high-energy dance party!
● For holiday events, our scripted holiday-themed musical revue provides a dazzling dose of cheer. Or for a more relaxed feel, our acapella vocalists can perform festive classics with a contemporary twist.
● To really kick your event into high gear, our talented vocalists and instrumentalists can add exciting entertainment to your cocktail or dinner hour with an electrifying variety show that features large groups, trios, duets, and soloists performing recognizable pop or R&B hits.
MONTAGE! can also create original repertoire specifically for your private party or event, including everything from one customized number to a fully staged production.
POST MONTAGE! JUKEBOX
Post MONTAGE! Jukebox rearranges popular contemporary tunes into the style of your favorite vintage genres, including swing and jazz. These groups are sure to impress with their unique arrangements and sophisticated presence.

Let our talented high school students, and their world-class chef instructors, make your gathering an event to remember. Whether it is an intimate gathering or lavish banquet, we will custom tailor a menu for you. We can cater on-site at one of our beautiful OCSA venues or at the location of your choice.

Serving more than 100 students in grades 9-12, The Mekjian Family Culinary Arts & Hospitality Conservatory offers comprehensive instruction in cooking fundamentals, as well as practical business applications, featuring a four-year curriculum in alignment with some of the world’s most respected post-secondary culinary, hospitality, and food science programs.
Students focus on industry standards, including safety, organization, cost control systems, and more. This is achieved through learning-centered instructional methods and hands-on practical lessons that give students valuable, real-world experience.
