Employee Assistance Programs

PAID SICK LEAVE

All Legence team members receive 48 hours of front-loaded paid sick leave at the beginning of each calendar year (or upon hire if joining mid-year).

Unused sick leave may carry over in accordance with applicable state and local laws. Please refer to the Paid Sick Leave Policy. If you would like to request any sick time or flexible non-accrual PTO, please email your request to Payroll@wearelegence.com and cc: your manager for approval. FLEXIBLE NON-ACCRUAL PAID TIME OFF

Legence offers a Flexible Non-Accural time off to support worklife balance for full-time, non-union employees working at least 30 hours per week. This benefit is available upon hire and allows team members to take time off—without traditional accrual limits—as long as time off is approved in advance and business needs are met.

Dayforce

Employee Self-Service

Dayforce is Legence’s designated HRIS (Human Resource Information System). Dayforce is an employee self-service portal where an employee will update their address, update tax election forms, view an earning statement, complete a benefit enrollment, submit a life event, and add or change direct deposit.

In partnership with IT Dayforce log in is via Single Sign-On (SSO) so you will not need a username or password when logging in as long as you are using your work email. Below is the SSO link to Dayforce.

Dayforce Learning is Legence’s Learning platform. Dayforce Learning houses thousands of courses to choose from through LinkedIn Learning and other curated content. These courses are offered as part of our focus on growth and development to all Legence employees at no cost.

TO SUBMIT A LIFE EVENT IN DAYFORCE

A life event includes marriage, divorce, birth or adoption of a child, dependent gain or loss of coverage, etc. If an employee experiences a life event, the event should be submitted within 30 days of the event date to add or drop coverage for a dependent.

From the employee’s Dayforce home page, navigate to Forms àLife Event Declaration à Select the Event Date & Life Event à Submit. The Benefits Team must approve the event. Once approved, the employee can select the desired coverage.
