august. Comenzamos una travesía llamada Agosto. Será un viaje duro con muchas horas de navegación diarias, donde el calor y el movimiento se intensifican en todo su esplendor. Este mes os traemos en portada a una gran artísta, Madame Dalí, recordándonos con un toque personalizado al reconocido pintor del siglo pasado, Salvador Dalí. En nuestra sección de moda para las chicas os traemos a Ana Vide donde nos muestra unos looks muy refrescantes para este verano y para los chicos Jack Botton Creative, presentándonos su nueva colección de esta temporada, con un toque diferente a los demás. Entrevistamos a Klaudio Greeko, dj y productor. Actualmente pinchando en uno de los beach club más famosos de la isla, Blue Marlin. Y para termirar os ofrecemos “siete planes para siete días” donde os aconsejamos las mejores fiestas y eventos. ¡No te iras con un mal sabor de boca porque esta isla lo tiene todo! ¡Bienvenido a bordo!
We embark on a journey named August. It will be a tough trip, with many daily hours of sailing, in which the heat and movement will intensify in all their splendor. This month we bring a great artist to the front cover, Madame Dalí, who reminds us of Salvador Dalí, the renowned painter from the past century, with a personal touch. In our fashion section, Ana Vide suggests a few, very refreshing looks for girls, this summer. Jack Botton Creative presents his new collection for men this season, with a touch which is different to others. We interview DJ and producer Klaudio Greeko. He is currently DJing at Blue Marlin, one of the most famous Beach-Clubs on the island. We finish off with a proposal, “seven plans for seven days”, where we inform on the best parties and events. You will not leave with a bitter aftertaste, this island has everything! Welcome on board!

adame Dalí pinta en el estilo surrealista, de esta manera continúa el trabajo del gran genio del siglo pasado, Salvador Dali. Sus pinturas proponen un vuelo desenfrenado de fantasía y surrealismo, desde una nueva fase de desarrollo. A pesar del estilo distorsionado y fantasmagórico con el que se expresa, todo el que las ve aprecia un tinte de familiaridad en sus pinturas. Parecen capaces de tocar, derretir ó iniciar a cualquier corazón. Su obra parece surgir de la imagen oculta del inconsciente. Combina elementos aparentemente incompatibles, para destruir las leyes de la naturaleza y de la física. Imágenes de un monstruoso caos, monstruos RSS, significados paradójicos que se contradicen, repletos de la obra de Dalí, encarnan el “sueño de la razón”, la locura “Express” de este mundo. Nacida en el seno de una familia humilde, en

adame Dali writes her paintings in the style of surrealism, continuing the work of the great genius of the last century,the great painter Salvador Dali. Her pictures are rampant flight of fantasy, surrealism, she put on a new stage of development. Despite the phantasmagoric, distorted the style of the presentation of its expression, her paintings somehow quite familiar to everyone, they will be able to touch, melt or initiate any heart. In her paintings she gets out of the subconscious hidden image. She combines seemingly completely incompatible things, destroys the laws of nature and physics. Monstrous chaos images, RSS monsters, paradoxical offset meanings, which are filled with works by Dali, embody the “sleep of reason”Express “madness” of this world.

Rusia, desde niña sintió cierta responsabilidad, aunque no era capaz de descifrarla. Como era una niña talentosa, pudo elegir el dibujo como el preferido de sus pasatiempos. Al hacerse adulta la vida le ordenó que dejara de dibujar. Los años pasaron, pero la hoja de papel seguía en blanco… Durante todo este tiempo intentó reencontrarse, pero, como sucede demasiado a menudo, ignoramos lo obvio. Solamente el encuentro con su amado, con su “Musa” del alma, le permitió acceder a su mundo interior. En toda su vida, nadie había creído en su genio mas que él… Cuando se instaló en Ibiza, una fuerza invisible se apoderó de ella y eventualmente estalló al exterior. Había visto la obra de Salvador Dalí con 18 años y le sorprendió descubrir que ella era surrealista, nunca lo hubiera sospechado. Todo su mundo emana surrealismo. Su marido le recomendó un libro sobre Salvador Dalí. Tras leerlo, Dalí comenzó a aparecer en los sueños de la artista. Al principio no aparecía tan a menudo. Sin embargo, cuando se embarcó en un mural de 35 metros de largo por 3 de alto, sus sueños se tornaron en un mundo sólidamente surrealista. El espíritu del gran genio Salvador Dalí alimentaba estos sueños con imágenes que resultaban increíblemente reales. En palabras de Madame Dalí: “Soy Dali”... Dali, en ruso, es algo que está muy lejos. Allá donde la visión no alcanza a ver lo que ocurre tras el horizonte.

And only her meeting with your beloved, with the Muse of her soul, helped her get inside them selves. He as no one else in her life believed in her genius...
Having arrived on Ibiza, some unseen force had seized the whole of it,and after some time, burst out. She saw pictures of genius Salvador Dali in 18 years,she was surprised, but never even suspected that she herself is surrealism. All her world is surrealism. When her husband was interested in reading about the life of Salvador Dali, he advised her to read this book After reading it, she started to see Dali in dreams. First he came not often,but once she started her first job on the wall of 35 meters in length and 3 in height ,her dreams had become a solid surreal world. The spirit of the great genius Salvador Dali fed these dreams are incredibly life pictures. As she would say, some time later : “I am Dali�... Dali, means in the Russian language is very far away. Where is there where we do not see what is happening behind the horizon.

Despues de su anterior colección AW/Akumu (pesadilla) la cual representaba el mundo de las pesadillas, el mal, el negro... Yume (sueño) representa todo lo contrario, los sueños, el bien, el blanco... Yume ve que nada es imposible, donde los sueños pueden hacerse realidad. El sueño es lo más bonito que hay, aunque a veces no es real, pero si tenemos sueños y creémos en ellos se cumpliran, con una constante lucha. “Los sueños son infinitos, se imagina Jack una montaña de sal donde subir sería el desafío, donde una red (el obstáculo) separa el sueño de la falsa realidad que parace imposible, pero Jack desde el principio nunca se rindió a pesar de que se le apareceran muchos más obstáculos, pero nada es imposible. JBC’s previous collection, AW/Akumu (nightmare) represented a nightmarish, evil, black world… Yume (dream) represents the polar opposite; dreams, good and white… Yume understands that nothing is impossible and that dreams can become true. There is nothing more beautiful than a dream, even when it’s not real; if we have dreams which we believe in and fight for, they will become real. “Dreams are infinite”. Jack imagines a salt mountain, the challenge; there, a net (the obstacle), separates the dream from a fake reality which seems impossible. recí a caballo entre las islas griegas de Santorini y Mykonos, en el momento del “boom” de la música disco. Mi padre trabajaba en discotecas y desde los 7-8 años le acompañaba a las pruebas de sonido. Escuché mucha música, pero aún recuerdo el tema que me hizo enamorarme de ella; fue “Eiffel 69 I’m Blue”, en mi 10º cumpleaños. Era 1999. A partir de ese momento comencé a coleccionar cassettes. Me siento afortunado de haber sido expuesto a la música desde hace tantos años, a pesar de mi “corta carrera” he recibido muchas influencias. Creo que a esto se debe mi gusto ecléctico. Actualmente pinchas para uno de los beach club más famosos de Ibiza, ¿qué significa para ti poder actuar en Blue Marlin?
KG-Si, en la actualidad soy un invitado habitual del Blue Marlin Ibiza. Definitivamente es una de las cosas más alucinantes que me han pasado

en la vida! Estoy verdaderamente honrado y feliz de poder colaborar con un lugar tan extraordinario y refinado. Siento que desde aquí puedo aprender y desarrollarme artísticamente cada día! Realmente adoro este sitio, transmite la onda ideal de ibiza; sol, palmeras, mar y una excelente música. ¿Con qué Dj te sientes más identificado?
KG-No se me ocurre nadie ahora. Trato de ser original y hacer las cosas de manera diferente. De lo contrario sería una copia de otra persona. ¿Como definirias tu estilo?
KG-Considero que el estilo tanto de mis producciones, como en la pista, es muy personal. Imagínate un tema que hace que te muevas con su groove y que puede hipnotizarte con unas voces sexy y un sintetizador psicodélico.
¿Cambiarias pinchar de día por la noche?
KG-Si, definitivamente cambio de set del día a la noche. Me encanta mantener las vibraciones y cada lugar, de día ó de noche, puede ofrecer una energía diferente. Intento siempre sentir todo lo que hay a mi alrededor; de aquí saco la inspiración para saber qué tocar en cada momento. ¿Qué planes tienes para un futuro como Dj?
KG-Por ahora no tengo planes. Ya estoy viviendo el sueño… creo que si trabajas duro y mantienes los pies en la tierra puedes hacer cualquier cosa en este mundo! Por otro lado, ésta (la música) es mi vida; no puedo vivir sin ella. Continuaré evolucionando, haciendo lo que tengo que hacer y recibiré con los brazos abiertos todo lo bueno o malo que pueda pasar en este loco mundo.
I
grew up between the two Greek islands, Santorini & Mykonos and the music scene was already in ‘’the disco boom.’ My father used to work in the clubs and I’d find myself behind him listening to the sound checks from an early age at 7-8 years old. I listened to a lot of music but I still remember the track that made me feel in love with the music, it was ‘’Eifel 69 – I’m blue’’ at my 10th birthday. It was 1999, from there I started collecting cassette tapes. I feel really lucky because I got inside a lot of years of music and this helped me during my ‘’short career’’ to become influenced by a so much music. I think that my eclectic taste comes from this! I got involved with the electronic panorama when I moved to Italy in 2004. I was working as promoter for some school parties and I occasionally tried to put on some records for just 10-15 friends of mine. They felt in love with my music taste but not so much with my DJ skills (laughs.) You currently DJ at one of the most famous beach-clubs in Ibiza, what does it mean for you to perform at Blue Marlin?
KG-Yes right now i’m a regular guest at Blue Marlin Ibiza, is def. one of the most amazing things that happened until now in my whole life, i’m so honored and happy, is an amazing and rafinated place, i think that here i can learn really a lot and i can grow up artistically day per day! And i really love this place it transmits the perfect wave of ibiza, great music sun palms & sea. Do you identify with any other DJs?
KG-I don’t really have someone in my mind right now, i’m trying to bè a bit original and to do something different, if not i will bè just a bad copy of someone else. How would you define your style?
KG-I think that my style is really particular on my productions & as well on the floor , immaginate a track that can make you move with it’s groove and it can hypnotize you with some sexy vocals and a trippy synth! Do you change, DJing during the day or the night?
KG-Yes i definitely change my set by the day & by the night , i love to keep the vibrations on, and every single place by the day or by the night give you different one, i try always to feel everything around me to get inspired on what to play on that moment. What are your future plans as a DJ?
KG-I don’t have plans for now , i’m already living the dream… and i think that if you work hard and you keep your feets on the ground you can do everything in this world! Also this is my life (music) i can’t do really without it , i will keep evolving and doing my own thing and i will give a great welcome to the good & the bad things that could happen in this crazy world.

¿qué hacer en Ibiza?
Siete planes para siete días Lunes//Monday La mejor opción del lunes es ir a la playa por la mañana una buena zona para ir es la zona sur de Ibiza, la playa de Ses Salines , Sa caleta y alrededores. Comer por alli puede ser una buena jugada ya que por la tarde abre sus puertas la discoteca DC-10 y su fiesta Circoloco de la que podrás disfrutar hasta una hora prudente, si por el contrario tienes ganas de mas pues te aconsejamos que sigas la fiesta en Amnesia y con Cocoon que es de lo mejorcito para este día. Si te consideras mas hippy y quieres algo mas tranquilo tienes la fiesta Flower Power en Pacha. Si por el contrario estás por el norte o no te apetece ir de fiesta el NightMarket de las Dalias puede ser una buena alternativa.
Martes// tuesday Lo que puedes hacer es mirarte un ferry que te lleve a Formentera y conocer esa pequeña isla con un gran encanto, para poder ver toda la isla lo recomendable sería alquilarte alli una moto por unos 20€ y visitar la zona de la muela y sus faros, la playa de ses illetes, y al volver si te quedan fuerzas esta en Space la fiesta del rey del techno Carl Cox del que ya anunciaron, no seguirá en Ibiza tras el cierre de Space este mismo año.
Miércoles//wednesday Miércoles, para este día lo que aconsejamos es si estas por la zona Santa Eulalia, tienes el hippy market de punta arabi un mercadillo muy grande y que no te puedes perder. Ya en la noche a pocos kilometros, en San Carlos, tienes Las Dalias con su fiesta Namasté, la verdad una fiesta con mucha energía y buen ambiente. Si quieres algo mas fuerte la fiesta de Hyte en Amnesia, o por el contrario la fiesta de Paradise en DC-10 a cargo de Jamie Jones puede ser una gran alternativa. Si estas por San Antonio el Ibiza Rocks Hotel es tu plan, siempre suelen traer buenos artistas para sus fiestas de verano.

Si vienes a Ibiza en Agosto ya sobra decir que sabes a lo que vienes, vienes porque los carteles de las discotecas son los mejores, hace mucho calor y las playas son la mejor opción para refrescarte. aquí podrás encontrar una gran variedad de playas por toda la costa de la isla. Por eso te vamos a aconsejar 7 planes que puedes hacer en 7 dias para que no te vayas con las manos vacías. ¡go!

Viernes//friday Los viernes ya tienen dueño y se llama Marco Carola, lo puedes comprobar por ti mismo en la fiesta Music On de Amnesia en la que estos meses peta sus salas. Si no os gusta tanto las aglomeraciones y por lo tanto prefieres algo mas tranquilo puedes ir a Pacha y su fiesta Insane que cada semana cambia de temática y suele estar bastante bien, antes del pacha puedes pasarte por Keepers o Veto y tomarte algo sin pagar entrada y con buena música, quien sabe lo mismo te quedas ahí toda la noche.
Sábado//Saturday Este día lo dedicamos a darnos un paseo por Ibiza centro, visitar la zona del puerto, el castillo comer por allí y si por la tarde te apetece un poco de marcha esta en Ushuaïa la fiesta Ants con Andrea Oliva y sus hormigas de la que podrás bailar en la tarde del sábado, si te quedas con ganas siempre te quedará enfrente el Space y su fiesta EL ROW tan popular por traer grandes djs como por ser muy divertida, ya que cada semana tiene una temática distinta con diferentes escenarios y personajes.
DOMINGO//sunday Hoy si que descansamos y vamos a comernos una paella, el mercadillo de cala leña puede ser una opción para ir a pasear, comerte una paella barata y darte unos baños por la tarde en las playas de alrededor. Por la tarde puedes ir a ver el atardecer a Benirrás en la que la puesta de sol se convierte en un ritual mágico acompañado de música y percusiones pero te aconsejamos que si vas tiene que ser temprano ya que te quedaras sin poder entrar con el coche en la cala y te tocará ir andando algun que otro kilometro.

Café Caleta Elaboracion - method Poner agua a hervir, echar el café molido y apagar. Caramelizar el azúcar en una olla y añadir el coñac y el ron. Al hervir, incorporar las cáscaras de limón y naranja, los granos de café y la canela en rama. Quemar hasta que la llama se vuelva azul, siempre sin dejar de remover. Elaboracion - method
Hervir las patatas en abundante agua durante aproximadamente 25 minutos. Colarlas, pelarlas y trocearlas en forma de dados. Colocar en una ensaladera y añadir tomate, los huevos, la cebolla y los pimientos asados troceados. Aliñar con aceite de oliva y sal. Servir fría.

Elaboracion - method
Para preparar la base, batir 3 huevos y el azúcar e incorporar el resto de ingredientes. Amasar todo, dejar reposar 15 minutos y extender la masa sobre un molde previamente engrasado y espolvoreado con harina para que no se pegue. Para preparar el relleno, batir el resto de los huevos y del azúcar y agregar el queso previamente desmenuzado. Mezclar hasta conseguir un compuesto homojéneo. Añadir seis hojas de hierbabuena troceadas. Verter la mezcla sobre la masa extendida, colocar cuatro hojas de hierbabuena como decoración y hornear durante unos 35 minutos a una temperatura de 138ºC.
