CreatinganAppreciativeCulture

The Appreciative Culture Initiative Maneja plant on 12th April 2023. Th attended by more than 50 employees and the plant leadership.

To appreciate the extraordinary efforts of employees towards achieving organizational goals, from Jan - June 2023, 136 employees were awarded Spot Award and 36 employees from 5 teams were awarded Quarterly 1 Award and 20 employees from 7 teams for Quarter 2 Award.

E - Learning Lab

To support the shop floor employees, E - Learning Lab was launched on 1st May at TTC – Monday to Friday: 9 am to 1 pm and 2 to 5 pm.

This set-up will support our Shopfloor employees (especially Team Leaders, Operating Engineers) to explore the vast portfolio of e-learnings available in Schaeffler Academy, complete their assigned mandatory e-learnings including compliance trainings & IDP linked e-learnings.

Skip to Succeed

An initiative to improve the transparency & create open environment at Maneja Plant, we conducted “Skip to Succeed” meeting on 4th May, 2023 with Team Leaders of DGBB62 segment in presence of Segment Leader and Site HR Head.

What is Skip to Succeed?

Skip level meetings are those in which Plant Leadership directly interacts with employees who are more than 1 step down the reporting chain. Skip Level Meetings will help in increasing transparency. It will create an open environment in sharing idea, which will facilitates innovation.

Summer Camp

As a part of our Employee Engagement Initiative, WEe Wonder Schaeffler Children Club

Summer Camp 2023 was organized on 11th and 12th May 2023 at Hyatt Place Vadodara.

Total, 280 children had attended the summer camp from Maneja & Savli Plant.

About WEe Wonder Children Club

Formed in the year 2013, Our initiative WEe Wonder Children Club provides an excellent platform for our employees’ children to interact with peers from diverse backgrounds. This club is a place for children to meet, make friends, share ideas and interests and above all build lasting relationships

SPS - Championship program for team leader

There is unique program developed by SPS team for 1~2 month for team leaders in production in which they are in SPS/MOVE function and are involved in workshops, trainings, benchmarking and also implement specific actions in their respective segments during that time.

Annual Health Check-Up

Annual Health checkup has been completed for all the employees of Maneja Plant, covering almost 1700 employees. The Health Checkup will guide us to the prevalence of medical problems in relation to occupation and life style.

Bearing Proficiency training for channel partners

From 15th to 19th May we conducted first Phase of Bearing Proficiency Training for our channel partners in Training Center in Maneja, Vadodara. 13 participants from different channel partners participated in this training.
