A weekend getaway for the client living in Mangalore city in which the main requirement was to retain the portion of the existing foresty vegetation. This beautiful site is located amids the farms in Savanuru, a village that is around 45kms from Mangaluru. The farmhouse along with the landscaping has spaces like plantation area, walking tracks, sun-dial, badminton court and a swimming pool.

‘Eesha’ , a house that got constructed in 2021 September in Puttur, Dakshin Kannada. The house is surrounded by arecanut farm and has a long access from main road. It overlooks to the farm and road, thus the front elevation plays a major role along with inner spaces carved to experience the wind that blows from south-west. It is designed specifically keeping the uses the and requirements in mind with adequate light and cross-ventilation in the house. It is constructed efficiently with minimizing the cost and using local resources available.

Karnataka Gramin Bank RO, Chikmagalur
Interior design for Regional office in Chikmagaluru is done based on the requirements of the bank and with the thought of giving an open environment for all employees. With the visual connect across the hall, each one also gets individual spaces that are comfortable along with storage.

Sangle Residence, Mysuru

Interior design of the apartment on the first floor is done keeping in mind the openness that had to obtained according to client requirements and traditional aesthetic. All the spaces are connected visually and made to look spacious with dining space being the heart of the house.

Residence in Puttur, amidst lush green surroundings and arecanut farm that supports spiritual activities, is designed with an intention of having split levels defining private(living) and public spaces(dhyana mandira). The design process is based on local architecture(climatic and site response) and locally sourced materials.

MST hotel, Mysuru
MST hotel is designed to accommodate 28 hotel rooms, a rooftop restaurant and a basement. The building is located in the heart of Mysuru and has views of Mysuru city with St. Philomena’s Cathedral and Chamundi Hills. The objective of the design process was to make the building attractive and unique at day and night, standing out from other buildings. Steel being the material of choice from the client, the facades are shaped with framings that shine in day and night.

The site is located near Vitla which is around 40kms from Mangalore. The house and landscaping is done according to the requirements and respecting the existing topography. The context offers great view towards the valley that faces north.
