Programs are evaluated across four key domains: Classroom and Instructional Quality, Staff Qualifications and Professional Development, Family and Community Engagement, and Administrative and Leadership Practices
To achieve a 5-Star rating, programs must meet rigorous standards in all areas, complete a thorough environmental observation, and earn a minimum score of 5 0 in every rated classroom Level 5 is the highest designation--recognizing programs that demonstrate exemplary quality and a strong commitment to continuous improvement!
