Te Whiwhinga mahi | The opportunity We are seeking a key person to manage Continuing Nursing Education and Continuing Medical Education across our staff and our General Practice and provider network workforces and offer general programmes to meet workforce needs. By applying your experience in modern learning, you will undertake learning needs analysis and develop a learning calendar and programmes. You will ensure quality learning outcomes meeting needs and an offering that is widely valued. The role will also ensure professional development and education to meet practice and accreditation outcomes. It’s important that you have experience working with Māori and partnering with Iwi. Ko koe tēnei | About you You’ll bring to the role: • Experience in modern learning and development approaches • A minimum of 3-4 years’ experience working in the health sector preferably in a primary care setting or other relevant learning and development environment • Experience working with Māori and an understanding of Te Reo me ono tikanga Māori and proven commitment to implementation of Te Tiriti o Waitangi • Experience coaching
