Online Webinar series for General Practice, community providers such as NGOs
We are excited to announce a series of 4 online workshops, 45 minutes each in duration, specifically designed for general practice and community provider audiences.
Having listened to a number of our PHO members; there is appetite for a series of workshops that are short and snappy, providing an overview for those who are unfamiliar with the model of care; and a refresher for staff who were involved in HCH projects but have been diverted by COVID over the last few years.
The intention of these sessions is to cover the model of care; the background and its purpose, how it is still highly relevant for general practice now and into the future and how it can help be a foundation for a General Practice improvement and sustainability plan.
Sessions - 45-minute sessions
Who’s it for?
New to the HCH model of care, or new staff in your team if you’re an existing HCH practice. Session 2 on 18th May will also be highly relevant to more experienced HCH practices, where these domains are opportunities for growth and improvement.

Leadership, roles and workforce development, change and LEAN skills are provided throughout the series.
The Aim
The intention of these short 45-minute workshops online is for general practice staff; any role will benefit but particularly leadership or change teams.
Follow up Option – In Person Workshops or more Online based on feedback
We are happy to further develop this programme based on the outcomes of these initial online sessions to go more deeply into each subject.
