Description Extension to existing funding to encourage uptake of Booster Vax. Phone Call to eligible pts for Booster Vaccine (by Nurse) to discuss. Consumers may seek consultation services from General Practitioners or Nurse Practitioners to gain advice regarding the suitability of the AstraZeneca vaccine for them. Consult for pts requiring Exemption Application. Email with full details of process attached inc. claim form attached.

Please note – the MOH funding for ‘Adverse Events’ Funding has superseded the interim DHB funding for ‘Post-Vax Consults’ (both options are the same thing) so you will only see the MOH claim option now in the spreadsheet.
