This research is exploring the impact of psychological and communicative resilience amongst doctors and nurses post-COVID and the impact these have on practice culture and identity. This study has ethics approval, 4000028349, and has been assessed as low risk in nature. All data collection, handling, and storage will comply with data protection, privacy, and confidentiality requirements at all times. The following survey will take approximately 20mins to complete.
