Query Builder – CSC Card Holder Count

Number of funded patients who are or have been CSC Holders for past 3 years Query Builder for MedTech 32

1. Start in the ‘Designer View’ tab 2. Select the following information to appear in the ‘Where’ box.

3. In the Table field select ‘Patient’ 4. From the Patient list, select ‘Csc Start Date’ Condition: Set date range for 3 year period 5. From the Patient list, select ‘Gms Code’ Condition: Select a GMS code Note: A new Query will need to be run for each individual Gms code.

6. From the Patient list, select ‘Enrolment Funding Status Code’ Condition: Select ‘Funded’

7. Select the following information to appear in the ‘Select’ box.

8. In the Count Function field select ‘Count Occurrence’

9. Click ‘Run Query’ 10. The result will be the number of patients, over the stipulated period of time who have been a funded patient and held a CSC card for one specific age band, e.g. ‘A’ 11. The query will need to be re-run for individual GMS codes, i.e. A, C, J, Y.
