Position Title: Quality Improvement Coordinator The position provides administration, coordination and expert support to the Population Health and Innovation Group Kaupapa. The role and duties will be diverse, requiring a degree of flexibility to meet competing demands. Reports to Director of Māori Health and Wellbeing.
The everyday mahi Includes: •
Understand the different projects that the team are leading
•
Be the point of contact for various projects as relevant and requested
•
Assist with the coordination of meetings and training including scheduling, booking venues, catering and taking minutes
•
Ensure adequate resources and equipment are available
•
Training coordination, collate responses from training and feedback
•
Prepare and print certificates of attendance
