Te Whiwhinga mahi | The opportunity You will apply an innovative and collaborative approach and seek ways to improve services to be more effective and efficient in delivering new health programmes and services. The key focus is on our journey towards an organisational culture of quality and increasing the understanding for the need for quality, facilitating training and providing quality tools. You will be joining a new team focussed on research and development to improve population health based on evidence, data and codesign with consumers. Ko koe tēnei | About you You’ll bring to the role: Experience in process and quality improvement Proven experience in project management preferably in a health environment A minimum of 5 years health sector experience preferably in a primary care setting Experience working with Māori and an understanding of Te Reo me ono tikanga Māori and proven commitment to implementation of Te Tiriti o Waitangi • Demonstrated interpersonal and written skills • Drive for results • • • •
