Note: The way positive RAT results are viewed and display may differ depending on the type of Practice Management System (PMS) the GP has in place. This means the screenshots shown here may differ from what you see.

Positive RAT results to inbox of enrolled GP: • Positive RAT results for enrolled patients will now go directly into the GP inbox.

• Results will appear in the GP inbox under the LAB Folder.

• When opened from the inbox, the positive RAT result can be identified as part of the message.

Glossary: • Supervised RAT Result = A Health Professional of some kind has administered and reported the RAT. • Unsupervised RAT Result = The RAT is self reported and means the person administered and reported their own RAT result, or that the person administered their own RAT and used the assisted channel to report the result ‘on behalf of’ them.

Note: Please note, the COVID results and notifications will be sent to the GP based on data available in the National Enrolment System (NES). If a specific practitioner is linked to the patient in the NES, the message will go directly to their inbox. NES can be updated by your practice manager to link a patient to a specific practitioner via the standard enrolment updates.
