This is an opportunity for you to bring your data, reporting, and critical thinking talents to develop a Kaupapa Māori based model of care and inform leaders in population health transformational change to enhance service delivery. You will play an important role in informing the development and delivery of data-driven health insights and analysis to drive integrated primary care service decisions. Strong analytical and critical thinking ability and excellent judgement Experience working in strategic environments and building relationships across a variety of stakeholders. Experience working with Māori and an understanding Te Reo me ono tikanga Maori and proven commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi Sound analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to innovate and think critically and creatively Understanding of the importance of using data analysis approaches that support strong insights for advancing Māori health and well-being outcomes Relevant Public Health Tertiary qualification or registrar programme Demonstrated compliance with the health industry Covid-19 vaccination mandate
