Just a friendly reminder that Best Practice referrals are needing a Start and End date entered on the Outcome TAB please. There are also a number of incomplete referrals that were declined, cancelled, duplicate etc…those referrals still require to be outcome’d and completed please. Or can all users please log into Best Practice Click on “Settings” on your dashboard and then Notifications – this will show the list of all referrals made by Doctor, nurse or User. Any historic referrals there will need completing also. Click into referral and complete if possible. try not to generate a new referral if the outcome TAB is completed and I see and old date then that’s ok as it will still show completed. Please make your accounts person aware that without the completed referral, we are unable to process invoices for payment. 1: Please log into Best Practice Click on “Settings” on your dashboard and then Notifications 2: Complete any referrals that have “Processed” in the Status. When the form opens copy the start date Go to the “Outcome” tab and paste. Add the confirmed diagnosis and end date (remember this can be an estimated date) and click on “Notify” at the bottom of the form. The form will show as pink and will not notify if required information has been omitted. FYI: Awaiting processing in the status – means the referral is with the Acute Demand Team, you will not be able to open these
