IMOA (Immunisation Other Administration) is the administration fee where the vaccine cost is already covered by the DHB ie. Zostavax IMFA (Immunisation Flu Administration) is the administration fee for flu vaccine only IMFV (Immunisation Flu Vaccine) is the claim for the flu vaccine as it is not DHB funded
