Setting your staff up to succeed: The seven conversations 1 day per month over 3 months—you must attend all 3 days. Homework activities are expected. Participant’s managers will be provided with coaching questions, to enable them to
engage in development conversations and embed the learning.
This 3-day programme provides managers and leaders with easy-to-use models to have seven essential performance conversations that will enable their staff to fly! Audience: Any current leader or manager with staff reporting to them. Not just new managers.
Note: If you have completed the Leadership in Practice, LIPP, you are not eligible to attend ‘Setting your staff up to succeed” (as content is similar). When: Tuesdays—28th February, 28th March & 18th April
APPLICATIONS: You will need to complete this application form Applications close on Thursday 26th January and you will be notified by Wednesday 1st February. You will need to complete this form with your manager. COST: BOPPHB Funded Primary and Community Providers: $675. After attending all three days of the programme, your organisation will be reimbursed 50% of that cost.
