We are pleased to say that the new Pallia�ve Care- Just In Case Plan has moved into Halcyon and is now live for claiming. A completed plan equates to $160 (GST incl.) The purpose of these plans is to increase the provision of primary pallia�ve care in our community through improved service integra�on and reducing hospital transfers whenever possible and appropriate.
This form can be found in the “Other Options” tab when launching Halcyon.
When you access the form to submit claims, please note that invoices will not be generated without setting up the following Codes below in your PMS.
Please find attached the documents relevant to your PMS and the updated guidelines to follow, these are:
• Medtech Set up and Internal ID find document
• Medtech Evolu�on set up guide
• MyPrac�ce .xml for set-up
• Profile for Windows set up guide
For My Practice and Profile users: once your codes are set up - you are ready to claim as soon as the form goes live.
For Medtech 32 And Evolution: once the codes have been added to your PMS, please find the internal codes within your PMS (guide to find codes is attached) and complete the table below to return directly to practiceclaims@wboppho.org.nz as soon as possible so that setup for access can be completed.
ALL PMS’s: The “Preferred Code” field in the table below only needs to be completed if you would like to keep your existing codes - rather than use the Halcyon ones.
