Importing GP2GP recalls in MedTech32

Importing GP2GP recalls using MedTech32 **Please ensure you have installed the latest version of MedTech (build 6083)**

1. Import patient file using GP2GP as usual by clicking on the ‘Import’ button located bottom left on the inbox document 2. Click on the ‘Recalls’ tab to review the recalls that are potentially available to import. In this example there are 6 recalls that can be imported.

3. In some cases the ‘recall type’ and ‘recall code’ will automatically map across. However, this has not happened in my example here.

4. Select the ‘recall type’ from drop down menu. Majority of recalls will be ‘screening’, ‘vaccine’ or ‘vaccine group’.

5. Select ‘recall code’ from drop down menu

6. Review whether recalls have successfully transferred into MedTech32. You can then inactivate any that are duplicates or felt to be unnecessary. In this example I would remove one of the 11 year immunisation recalls.
