Kia Ora All, Suzanne and I would firstly like to acknowledge all the Mahi done over the past few months especially when some of you have been dealing with a reduced staff capacity.!! Just to Clarify a few points: 1.
Immsnet, you will now see babies appearing on here that are overdue their 12 month MMR at 13 and half months. The way that some of the 12 month Imms overdue are being recorded on ImmsNet will look like this: 12 mnth MMR………..diluent , (you will find that this is actually the whole event that still is outstanding, not just the diluent.) The ones that have been completed where you are not able to enter the diluent on MedTech are still messaging to NIR , and will only appear on immsnet if not messaged through from you PMS due to an error . Then there is an option for you to resend the event.

Please ensure there is a recall set for these catch up MMR Imms on your PMS in particular MedTech 32 and also their 15 month and 4 year Imms. We would encourage that you try and book into your Practice before referring to OIS via Immsnet.

Recording of the catch up 12 month MMR – For those children that are still on the 2017 schedule you will need to create a new imms event under all imms to ensure this is recorded as a 12 month event and not in the 4 year MMR, and therefore recorded correctly on NIR

Delay/decline information sheet is attached. – We are seeing more babies/children declining at Practice Level , we want to make sure as Health Professionals we are following the steps in the attached delay/declining information sheet from IMAC, if we can break down the barriers, , and build empathy and trust , and redirect them resourceful info in relation to risk versus the benefits. this will have an impact on how Whanau get to this decision.
