Please consider your covid management process over any practice closures – particularly for any high-risk patients who may test positive over the festive period. Please update HealthPoint with your opening hours over this period. Please check and update all practice automatic messages (phone voicemail, websites, social media pages) with the most recent Covid messaging – this may include: o Reminders for Patients to Report their positive RAT via: https://mycovidrecord.health.nz/ or by phoning 0800 222 478. o Information about nearby RAT Collection Sites (reminder that these must be ordered in advance by phoning 0800 222 478 or online: https://requestrats.covid19.health.nz/) o Messaging about Antivirals – how to check if you are eligible, and where to go to get these if the practice is closed. The most up to date information on RAT collection facilities, and pharmacies prescribing Antivirals can be found via Healthpoint: https://www.healthpoint.co.nz/
