Create a single authoritative source for close and household contacts and those who test positive with Covid-19 that is: • Readable – I can understand the most important information even when I'm sick and stressed • Actionable – I know what I need to do and how to do it • Consistent – I don't get mixed messages about what I need to do • Relevant – I don't need to wade through a lot of information that doesn't apply to me • Mobile optimised – I can do everything I need to do from my phone • Accessible – I can access and read the information in a way that accommodates disability, language difficulties, and digital device access We will drive uptake for the ‘hub’ through our channels i.e. text message, My Covid Record or call centre.
