Text reminders will be sent to positive cases who have not completed their initial assessment either by selfserve contact tracing form or phone.

The wording of this new reminder text is as follows:

Kia ora [Case First Name],

This is a reminder to complete your contact tracing form: https://app.tracingform.covid19.health.nz/

Your access code is BBBBBB.

The text reminders will be sent at 12, 24 and 48 hours after their initial SMS to encourage the completion of the case self-serve contact tracing form.
