Updated wording for the positive text notification being sent is as follows:

Kia ora {First Name},

You have COVID-19. You and your household need to isolate.

If your household needs support getting essentials such as food or medication do not get these yourself. Ask friends, whānau or neighbours to drop them off, or organise contactless delivery. If you do need extra welfare support, complete the short form or call 0800 512 337.

For most people the symptoms of COVID-19 will be mild. If you need urgent medical care, call your local healthcare provider or Healthline on 0800 358 5453. If you develop difficulty breathing, severe chest pain or feel faint call 111 immediately. Tell them you have COVID-19.
