Release and Issues Update: Care in the Community (CitC) --- sent on behalf of MoH’s CitC Programme --Kia ora koutou, The planned release has been deployed and now live in both COVID Clinical Care Module (CCCM) and National Contact Tracing System (NCTS).

1: NCTS/ CCCM release 22.08 As communicated, this release was focused around improving users experience in NCTS and CCCM, slight changes have been made to the system to ensure a seamless transition of information between both systems.

CCCM via PMS Quick Reference Guide The Quick Reference Guide provides an overview of the key tasks that Health Providers can complete the PMS version of CCCM.

CCCM via Full Training Guide The Full Training Guide provides a detailed set of instructions on the tasks that Health Providers can complete within the PMS version of CCCM.

CCCM via Web Version Full Training Guide The Full Training Guide provides a detailed set of instructions on the tasks that Health Providers can complete within the PMS full web version of CCCM.

CitC Hub Training Guide This Guide overviews key process steps related to the Care in the Community (CitC) that can be completed by employees in the Care in the Community Hub.

2. Current issues update: Working closely with the ESR team, we have recently identified two issues regarding the flow of results to GPs. 1. GP on behalf of RATs not being sent to the enrolled GP inbox a. This relates to the national Eclair instance not sending on the positive RATs where they are reported on behalf of by the GP. ESR have informed that development to resolve this issue is completed and approved implementation is rescheduled for Wednesday 8 June.

2. RAT results recorded in MyCovidRecord not being copied the enrolled GP inbox from 9pm 25 May.

Following a system change last week it has been noted that RAT results via My Covid Record were not flowing through as a copy to the GP inbox. a. A fix for results going forward has been applied. b. A solution for reprocessing historical results from 9pm 25 May is underway, with timing to be confirmed. The change for retrospective loading of results was anticipated for Friday 3 June. As there is a substantial backlog and processing via Healthlink is at a rate of 500 messages at a time, this will take several days to clear.

3. Éclair pathway via CCCM dashboard and Clinical encounter a. An issue raised yesterday regarding the inability to access Éclair from within CCCM via either the Clinical Encounter tile or Test Results dashboard has been resolved.

This was not related to the 22.08 Release but was an isolated issue requiring vendor intervention.
