Call for participants for PhD research into psychological and enacted resilience

The purpose of study is to look at resilience amongst doctors and nurses in general practice (GP) post COVID-19, both as psychological and communicative (enacted) resilience. And the impact these have had on organisational culture and identity.

Doctors and nurses who worked at the front-line during COVID-19 are sought to undertake an anonymised, 20 minute, one-off, on-line survey to be completed at their convenience.

If participants would like to receive an anonymised copy of the research findings, they can provide their email addresses at the end of the online survey to have the report emailed to them.

All participants who return a completed survey before Christmas go into the draw to win one of five $100 Countdown vouchers. Email addresses need to be provided at the end of the survey in order to go into the draw.
