Need support while you’re in self-isolation for COVID-19? If you’re not sure who to call, contact the Health Navigator team between 8am and 8pm, seven days a week on 0800 633 277. They can point you in the right direction. If it’s an emergency, call 111 and explain your situation. For health advice, you can call your healthcare provider such as a GP, or Hauora. Alternatively, if you have tested positive for COVID-19 or are isolating, you can contact the national COVID-19 Healthline on 0800 358 5453. For general medical questions, you can also phone Healthline on 0800 611 116. Other useful numbers to access support: • Mental health support – free call or text 1737. • Lifeline: call 0800 543 345 or text HELP (4357) to speak with a trained counsellor. • Asian Family Services: 0800 862 342. • If you are isolating and need welfare support, please call the COVID-19 welfare line on 0800 512 337 seven days a week.
