If you, or someone in your household becomes very unwell or is experiencing a medical emergency, dial 111 immediately to get help.
Continue to take your medications as normal.
If you have difficulty breathing, call 111.
If you need any medication, contact your doctor and let them know you are isolating due to COVID-19. Arrangements can be made to get you what you need.

Who do I tell?
If you have COVID-19, you and your household members need to stay at home. You should not leave the property for any reason, unless you have been told to by a health professional or you need to in an emergency after dialing 111.

If you can stay away from others in your household who do not have COVID-19, please try to do so.
How long should I isolate for? You need to stay home for seven days. People you live with need to remain at home with you too.
• Your workplace • Your child’s school or early education centre • Friends, whānau (family), or others you have recently spent time with Your infectious period is approximately two days before your symptoms started, or two days before you tested positive for COVID-19 if you have no symptoms.
Your household members need to get tested on days three and seven to check if they have COVID-19.

If you can, order your food and other supplies online and request a contactless delivery. Your friends and whānau may be able to help. If you need help, please call the COVID-19 welfare line on 0800 512 337 seven days a week.
If you are vaccinated, you will likely have a mild illness for a few days. Some people have no symptoms at all.
