Nutrition Tip Eggs: good or bad for you? Over the years eggs have been had a 'bad rap' but do they deserve it? No! Evidence shows that eggs are very good for your health - in fact they are packed full of nutrients such as protein, good fats, and at least 15 different vitamins & minerals. Eggs are a great way to start the day! Try having them boiled, poached, scrambled or in an omelette. If you have known heart disease one egg a day is safe otherwise two eggs a day are fine!
