Te Whiwhinga mahi | The opportunity Are you an awesome administrator looking for a chance to showcase your skills in the primary sector? This is an opportunity for you to bring your organisation, time management and attention details skills to support the Covid Primary Response Team. You will be responsible for supporting high quality service delivery, reporting and process improvement. Your focus will be maintaining a timely response to, processing and coordination of all incoming and outgoing referrals, utilising the most effective and appropriate communication technology. This is a welcoming environment with plenty of opportunity for growth and professional development. You will work in a flexible work environment and have the opportunity to work from home some days. Previous administration or call centre experience Previous experience in a health setting An excellent telephone manner Strong interpersonal skills Excellent attention to detail Excellent computer literacy and administrative skills Organisational and time management skills Ability to work unsupervised Initiative, motivation and multitasking Knowledge of confidentiality and health privacy obligations Ability to be flexible and available if required to attend evening meetings Ability to learn and a can-do attitude
