We have a new feature that enables health consumers to create their My Health Account using their name and contact details held by their general practice.
My contact details held by my general practice are out of date. I’m going to contact them so that I can then create my account. I have created my account and can now access My Covid Record and download My Vaccine Pass.
I can help a health consumer find the name of their general practice. I can also answer other My Health Account questions from health consumers and general practice team members.
When a health consumer calls, I will ask them questions to confirm their identity. I will then update their contact details in our patient management system.
