A NSew ermon Sermon Notes Series

If You Really Knew Me, Part 4:

“Value Based Leadership” Isaiah 6:1-8  We are in part 4 of our 5 part series, “if you really knew me.” So far in this series we have: 1. witnessed the “rich young ruler” testimony of Gerald Fadayomi (if you missed it: www.tinyurl.com/GeraldF) 2. determined that the culture in which we live creates misplaced value in our lives 3. proclaimed that our perceived value of Jesus will be derived from the value of our brokenness The phrase “if you really knew me” alludes to much more than simply additional information about a person . . . it cuts to the very heart of the values that drive them. You will find an insert in your bulletin this morning. This insert is intended for you to better define your personal value for Jesus. Until we define our individual value for Jesus in our lives, we cannot truly finish the phrase “if you really knew me.” This morning we will be exploring the idea that our value in Jesus ultimately drives our leadership to others. Take some time during the worship to fill out the two boxes in your insert. I will give some examples during the welcome. If you really knew me, you’d know my brokenness is in my desire to be in control and my value in Jesus is the freedom in completely trusting in HIM.

Keep Them in Y Prayers Remember inour Prayer Due to the privacy act it is sometimes difficult to get information regarding our members that are in the hospital, so if you have information regarding anyone on our sick list, please let the office know.
