Secret Sister Responsibilities 1. Know that Secret Sister a commitment. Your assigned Sister will be expecting you to uphold her in prayer and she should be able to rely on you for encouragement through gestures such as cards, notes and gifts and acts of kindness. 2. Uplift for Sister in prayer daily. 3. Make an effort to get to know your Sister. Get to know her needs and her family needs. 4. Be an encouragement to your Sister. Send her cards and notes of encouragement. 5. Remember your Sister on her special occasions. Sending cards for her birthday, anniversary, or other landmarks in your Sister’s life, is a great opportunity to be an encouragement. 6. Keep your identity a SECRET! Don’t let anyone know whose name you have. Leave your cards, notes or gifts when no one is around or have someone else deliver them. 7. If you find that you are unable to continue participating in the Secret Sister program, let Tracie know so another Sister can be found for the one you were assigned.
Guidelines o
Have fun and enjoy getting to know your Sister. You can be an instrument God has placed in your Sister’s life to give them the encouragement they need right when they need it.

Make contact with your Sister by means of a note, card or small gift at least 6 times during the exchange period, BUT remember you will have an opportunity to do so every Sunday.
o Handmade gifts are acceptable. o Place gifts on the Secret Sister Table outside the Auditorium or use regular mail. o
Make every attempt to be a present for our Secret Sister Reveal Dinner on DECEMBER 6th at 6PM in the parlor at West End. This is an opportunity for you to show your Sister how much she means to you and to get to know her better.

If your Secret Sister has not contact you for 4 consecutive weeks, please contact Tracie Wilder at traciewilder@gmail.com or 615-423-9800 so it can be confirmed that you sister has your information and that she is able to continue with Secret Sister.
