Yard Sale p3, “partiality in leadership" Demonstration Precedes Imitation We are walking through the book of Malachi in our current series, “Yard Sale.”

My prayer is that God is revealing to you the

opportunities to create margin in your life both physically and spiritually. As we have outlined, margin is the space between our load and our limits. It is in this space that the Spirit of God has room to move in our lives. In Malachi chapter 2, the priests and other leaders failed to walk their talk. This chapter brims with accusations against their hypocrisy: treachery in the home, profanity in the sanctuary and false teaching. The spiritual leaders of this time have filled their margin with things not of God. In this way, they show partiality for the Lord. People often do what people see. We are called to be models of spiritual leadership first and foremost — we are called to be living sacrifices.

11th ANNUAL BUNNY LOFTIS AUCTION WAS A GREAT SUCCESS! The Keenagers report that a total of $5,645 was given – the SECOND LARGEST IN HISTORY. Jim Baker has not been on ground level since Monday night. Especially to John Ewing is extended our appreciation. What a gift he has and to use it for God in this way is a blessing.
