After being diagnosed with cancer over 2 years ago, and experiencing constant overheating throughout chemotherapy, Tara Lock started sourcing and testing over 30 different cooling fabrics before perfecting and bringing the Chilly Towel to life in 2015.

I found my passion for creating candles when I was living in a small town in Far North Queensland. I’ve always found that different scents made me feel different ways, for example, the smell of rain or ocean is grounding, the smell of vanilla or cinnamon is warming.

It was then that I founded Karmaura Creations with the intent to make others feel certain emotions and make their house smell divine while doing so. Intentional Colouring Books

Cass is an artist and illustrator who has created her intentional colouring book for self-care. It is an A4 book with 12 of my original intricate mandalas, each paired with a positive affirmation about self-love. The idea is to reflect and repeat the affirmation while colouring which will help the user enter a deep state of mediation and relaxation. The repetition of the affirmations gives the words suggestive strength, the colouring reduces anxiety and stress and the mandalas are structured enough to keep attention but do not require active thought. The book comes with an introduction about myself and why I created it and an instructional page. I created this book for women who may be in need of a little self-care but don’t know where or how to start. I suffered from PND and PNA after the birth of my first child and drawing was the only thing that got me through, so I wanted to share my story and help others.
