You may also notice that when you decide to stop drinking or cut back on the amount you are already getting used to, you find yourself unable to do so.

Even if you do just for a while, you will feel uncomfortable. Such as shaking, sweating, nausea or other withdrawal symptoms. Then to comfort yourself immediately, you went back to your drinking habits.

Good short-term but bad long-term as your back-to-habits actions resulted in vicious cycle of always giving excuses why you can’t give up alcohol addiction instead of taking action to stop it.

Drinking heavily can cause digestive problems and you may develop gastritis or ulcers. Many people who drink too much will rather drink to eat and ended up being malnourished.
